Hudson Park Group LLC
Hudson Park is a regional real estate development and investment firm singularly-focused on creating beautifully designed, well-amenitized, multifamily projects located in the New York Tri-State marketplace.

Our firm has numerous projects in various stages of development totaling more than 1,500 units and representing more than $400 million in gross capital commitment.
Beyond the execution of these current projects, our vision is to grow the firm organically to over 3,000 units under development within three years which includes additional phases of projects currently under development and representing a further 650 residential units.
Hudson Park’s project team offer extensive experience in all the disciplines necessary to identify, underwrite, design, shepherd through complex regulatory municipal review processes, finance, construct, and operate multifamily communities. We always maintain direct hands-on execution of all aspects of our projects which are represented in a wide range of housing formats from luxury high-rise rental buildings, mid‐rise buildings, three-four story wood-frame buildings, work force housing, and more. Consistent through all of these approaches is a high-level of focus on design.

Our Principals
Hudson Park’s principals have extensive knowledge of the region’s prime development areas and specific sites acquired over many years of market research, familiarity with the many municipalities in this market and their attitude toward redevelopment, through their extensive relationships with the brokerage community, consultants and financial sources. We also have deep knowledge of and demonstrated success in multi‐level government entitlement and government financing programs and processes. And we are expert in a variety of finance, subsidy, and zoning-incentive programs, and maintain strong working relationships with the professionals and government administrators that execute them.
